1.Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Offline Resilience Systems ("SurviveRx," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit offlineresilience.com, place an order, or use our services. The SurviveRx appliance itself is an offline device: the medical questions, conversations, files, and media you store on the box stay on the box and are not transmitted to us.
2.Information We Collect
- Contact & account data: name, email address, and password when you register, join our newsletter, or contact support.
- Order & shipping data: billing and shipping address, items ordered, and order history.
- Payment data: processed by Stripe. We receive limited transaction details and a payment-method token; we do not store full card numbers.
- Usage & technical data: IP address, device/browser information, and basic analytics from your visits to our website.
3.How We Use Your Information
- To process orders, deposits, subscriptions, and shipping.
- To create and manage your account and provide support.
- To send transactional emails (order, registration, shipping) and, with your consent, newsletter and launch-list updates.
- To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud.
4.How We Share Information
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the business:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Supabase — account, order, and subscription database hosting.
- Cloudflare R2 — secure delivery of downloadable content.
- GoHighLevel (HighLevel) — customer relationship management and email/newsletter delivery.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
5.International Transfers
We are based in the United States and may process your data there. If you order from the European Union, the United Kingdom, or Canada, your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and by the providers listed above. We rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers as required by applicable law.
6.Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations (including tax and accounting), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
7.Your Privacy Rights (GDPR / CCPA)
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents have the right to know, delete, and opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell it). EU/UK residents have rights under the GDPR.
To exercise any of these rights — including access (a copy of your data) or erasure (deletion of your account and personal data) — email support@offlineresilience.com or use our Contact page. We will verify your identity and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
8.Cookies and Analytics
We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the site and may use limited analytics to understand traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect site functionality.
9.Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect personal information in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10.Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
