Shipping Policy

1.Pre-Order Ship Window

SurviveRx units are currently sold by pre-order. Each unit is built and provisioned to order. The current estimated ship window is October 2026. Placing a deposit reserves your place in the build queue; we will email you when your unit is ready to ship and before we capture the remaining balance.

2.Right to Cancel for Late Shipment

In accordance with the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, if we are unable to ship within the stated window (or within 30 days if no window was stated), we will notify you of the delay and give you the option to consent to the revised date or cancel for a full refund. 3.Processing and Handling

Once stock is available and your balance is captured, in-stock orders are typically processed and handed to the carrier within 3–5 business days. Each appliance is configured and tested before dispatch.

4.Destinations and Carriers

We ship within the United States and to select international destinations, including the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Canada. Available shipping methods, carriers, and costs are shown at checkout based on your address. Transit times vary by destination and carrier.

5.Shipping Costs, Duties, and Taxes

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or at fulfillment. For international orders, you are the importer of record and are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by your country. These are not included in the product price or our shipping charge.

6.Tracking and Delivery

When your unit ships, we will email you tracking information. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we will help you file a claim with the carrier.

7.Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer; reshipment may incur additional charges.
